Our Founder & Owner
With over 17 years experience, our founder and owner, Ryan Marsh, brings a knowledge and work ethic to the residential real estate market that has allowed him to develop and operate multiple successful companies.
Ryan loves Idaho. In his spare time you can find Ryan and his dog, Ruckus the boxer, out hiking, playing in the park and exploring everything this wonderful part of the country has to offer.
Of the Treasure Valley, Ryan says: “I absolutely love the outdoors, especially the mountains and feel of Idaho. Its ever growing real estate market and population is the perfect balance between city speeds and a tractor traffic jam. I love the fact that you can have a brand new, not-yet-finished house in a master planned community, yet the next door neighbor has a line of cattle along the fence. I can be discussing price per square foot one minute, and a half hour later, seeing where the put in point for my raft is going to be. This is an incredible area and mixing work and play has never been more exciting."
